Journey to DrayTray Restaurant

On a faithful Friday, I went to a restaurant called DrayTray in Lagos, I've heard so much about their Parfait during my service year as a corps member at Sokoto state. Then I couldn't have a taste of it because of the price range which was unaffordable for me as at then. So when I returned to Lagos I decided to visit their outlet in Lagos State too, to give it a try and then boom! It was awesome. I haven't tasted dessert as creamy as that was. I tried the Parfait with their mouthful Sharwama. Now, let me try to give you a hint on what parfait is and the content DrayTray's Parfait and Sharwama contain.

Let's start with the parfait:

So According to Google, Parfait is a rich cold dessert made with whipped cream & fruits served in a tall glass.

But DrayTray kind of thought outside the box "or should I say think?"

DrayTray parfait contains

• Yoghurt 
• Coconut
• Granular 
• Date palm
• Grapes
• Apple
• Gummy bears.

It was awesome & wonderful, I wanted to get more but please I don't need that much sugar.

Now the Shawarma, Shawarma is a dish in the middle eastern cuisine consisting of sliced thing pieces of meat stacked into a cone-like shaped flour bread.

Meanwhile DrayTray's Shawarma consist of:

• Shawarma bread
• Gizzard
• Chicken
• Chicken sausage
• Cabbage
• Ketchup
• Mayonnaise

So the both are perfect combo & they are awesome together

If I were to describe the Parfait and Shawarma in one sentence, I'll say "it was awesome". I can also boldly say that DrayTray parfait is one of the best in Sokoto state during my service year, so when you  Lagos, it is the best for me, "it can be the best for you if you try it out".
